Central bank says to take bids for Asia-Pacific Bank on April 1–15
MOSCOW, Jan 31 (PRIME) -- The Russian central bank will accept bids for Asia-Pacific Bank from April 1 till April 15, the authority said in a statement on Friday.
The central bank will decide on the way to sell Asia-Pacific Bank after considering the bids.
The central bank launched bailout of Asian-Pacific Bank in April 2018. The regulator bought a 9 billion ruble issue of additional shares of the bank and acquired 99.9% in it. The authority planned to sell the bank for 6 billion rubles through an open auction in March 2019. Credit Bank of Moscow and Sovcombank were admitted to the auction, but did not take part in it.
